From a town in the middle of nowhere, born and raised in Utah, is a man with a mind that never sleeps and a skillset as wide as his ambitions will allow. Cameron L. Jackson has been telling stories since the day he read his first book, falling in love with the imaginary places his mind took him when reading. As he grew, the need to tell his own stories grew, and soon, he was doing everything he could to tell stories. He told stories through videos, comics, short stories, and games he played with his friends. And when he could find no one or no medium to tell his stories, he would play them out in his own head.

As an adult, his ceaseless imagination continues to crank on with all the vigor of a maniac carving phrases into his cell walls. Cameron wrote his first book at the age of 17 (unpublished) and went on to hone his craft in the independent film industry, where he wrote, acted, directed, performed stunts, and did visual effects. He soon returned to the world of books, bringing his fully formed writing acumen with him. Sunny’s Mercenary is his first published book. Cameron spends his time watching and making films, learning new subjects, shooting things with arrows, and carving away at his cell walls.
